Our company came into existence after the fusion of the Nagykanizsa Regional Industrial Park and Logistics Centre Ltd. and the Nagykanizsa Institution of Real Estate Management as the legal successor of the Nagykanizsa Region Ltd. In its present form it has been operating since 2009.

The Close Company was created by the Municipality of Nagykanizsa Town of County Rank to rationalize the town’s management of assets and to realize an integrated property management which joins all of the departments of the Municipality. The aim of our firm is to provide the necessary professional background and conditions to arrange formerly not available services with its educated and well-trained engineers, economists, lawyers, and administrators.
