Industrial tax: the annual measure of it is 2% of the tax base in case of permanent industrial activity. Under 2,5 million HUF income/year it does not have to be paid.
Building tax: the base of it is the useful area of the building denoted in m2. The measure of it is 500 HUF/m2.
